Responsibilities
- Architect breakthrough systems for 2026-era challenges using AI, blockchain, and quantum-resistant frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen human augmentation and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Secure intellectual property through patent development for novel innovations
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in ethical technology development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML systems in production environments
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or neural network architecture
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding for futuristic projects
- Proficiency in futuristic simulation environments (e.g., Unity XR, NVIDIA Omniverse)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
