Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives for next-generation technologies targeting 2026 adoption
- Direct cross-disciplinary teams in AI, quantum computing, and bio-integrated systems
- Identify emerging tech trends and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough findings in leading scientific journals
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype commercial applications
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor talent in our FutureTech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 8+ years leading R&D teams in emerging tech (AI/quantum/bio)
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks
- Ability to translate complex concepts into stakeholder-ready narratives
