Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen AI systems for autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Design neural interface hardware integration standards for 2026 deployment
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for global regulatory compliance
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning applications
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technologies lab
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Proven track record in deploying enterprise-scale ML systems
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Microsoft Azure Quantum)
- Deep expertise in neural network optimization and federated learning
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI laws)
- Published research in top-tier journals or conference proceedings
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
