What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive digital strategy for the 2026 World Cup, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end user journey, from ticketing and fan zones to live streaming and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding backend engineers, AI specialists, and data scientistsâto integrate emerging technologies like AR/VR.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to accelerate development cycles and improve product delivery.
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize digital touchpoints and increase fan engagement metrics.
- Mentor a high-performing team of digital product managers and designers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, UX leadership, or experience design within the tech or sports industry.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale digital projects or events.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with AI integration in consumer-facing applications is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
