Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models impacting 2026
- Develop and publish forward-looking strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and demographic shifts to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-generation solutions aligned with future market needs
- Represent the organization at industry forums, speaking engagements, and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists and build a robust innovation ecosystem within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Published thought leadership or academic work on future trends (e.g., scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategy sessions and translating visions into implementation plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong network of industry innovators and thought leaders across tech, policy, and academia
