Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends.
- Lead research and development in high-potential areas such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core product lines.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and assess the feasibility of disruptive technologies.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and strategists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Technology sector, with a focus on R&D or Strategy.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps for major organizations.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present visionary ideas to stakeholders and investors.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
