Responsibilities
- Architect a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, identifying key disruptive trends.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Predictive Analytics into core business workflows to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to translate strategic vision into executable technical solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Web3, Advanced Robotics) for potential acquisition or implementation.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for new technology initiatives and report on progress to the C-Suite.
- Mentor a team of strategic planners and technology consultants to foster a culture of innovation.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for R&D and technology pilot programs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations and implementing AI solutions at scale.
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape leading up to and including the year 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
