Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Decentralized Systems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct a team of elite engineers and data scientists to prototype and validate high-impact technological solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Identify and cultivate relationships with leading tech startups and research institutions globally.
- Security & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment and data privacy compliance.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team focused on future-forward skill sets.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Blockchain fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies in a competitive market.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in AI ethics or cloud architecture are a plus.
