Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, with a specific focus on AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Energy Integration for the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead a world-class R&D team to prototype and validate next-generation solutions that solve complex, unsolved problems of the future.
- Identify and assess high-potential market opportunities and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with corporate vision and long-term goals.
- Predict and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological adoption and shifting market dynamics.
- Champion a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical responsibility within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or platforms that have disrupted existing markets.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Exceptional ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into competitive advantages for the company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
