Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance during peak weekend operations
- Support event setup and execution for weekend conferences and entertainment
- Assist with front desk operations and check-in/check-out processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Document guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings
- Maintain strict compliance with resort safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun evenings)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
