Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team in executing digital campaigns and content creation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local Las Vegas market.
- Manage social media channels and engage with the community to increase brand awareness.
- Support daily administrative operations, data entry, and filing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project deliverables and reports.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize ongoing strategies and improve engagement.
- Prepare meeting notes and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends if needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
