Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize web content for search engines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure technical SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture.
- Update and maintain internal documentation and content management systems (CMS).
- Perform technical audits to identify and fix on-page SEO issues and site speed bottlenecks.
- Support content creation teams with data-driven insights and trend analysis.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must be available to work on-site in New York City for the duration of the internship.
