Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Debugging & Testing: Assist in identifying and resolving software defects through rigorous testing and debugging sessions.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile development environment.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and API specifications to support team knowledge sharing.
- Feature Implementation: Contribute to the development of new features and the enhancement of existing software products.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular) or database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer and into the fall.
