- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in strategic roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting products/solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Strong background in fostering innovation cultures within large organizations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and managing P&L for R&D initiatives
