Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI integration architectures using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and machine learning engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Prototype hybrid algorithms for real-time climate modeling and drug discovery
- Secure $5M+ in federal and private R&D funding
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Patent at least 3 novel quantum-AI methodologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or AI optimization
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti) and cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Track record of leading successful quantum-AI pilot projects
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security
- Experience securing DoD or NSF research grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
