- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage the innovation portfolio from ideation to market launch
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation ROI and impact
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
