Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with C-suite executives
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in top industry journals
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio and oversee R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and innovation analysts
- Represent the company at global technology summits and Davos-style forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, venture capital, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with $50M+ exit potential
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation transformations
