Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or corporate R&D with proven 5-year planning success
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Futures Studies, or Business Innovation (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology) and their market implications

- Track record of securing $5M+ innovation budgets and launching market-defining products
