- Drive strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster a culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global operations
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
