Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuit architectures with fault-tolerance capabilities
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise-scale solutions
- Lead quantum software development using Qiskit, Cirq, and custom frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical implementations
- Research emerging quantum technologies and propose architectural innovations
- Present quantum solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, PyQuil)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance principles
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Experience with quantum machine learning and quantum cryptography
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions preferred
