Qualifications

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with users and teams.
- Reliable transportation to the Fresno office.
