Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting using industry-standard tools
- Assist in software testing cycles, including bug documentation and regression testing
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects for enterprise clients
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Participate in cross-functional Agile development sprints
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 1 user support for internal systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with SQL databases and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams
