Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining company network infrastructure
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning and incident response
- Collaborate on cloud platform deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal teams
- Participate in cross-departmental tech projects
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
