Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) in test environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network systems using SolarWinds
- Assist in cybersecurity audits and vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps pipelines
- Support hardware/software deployment across 200+ devices
- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python/SQL or willingness to learn
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Available 20+ hours/week during summer/fall semester
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Portfolio demonstrating personal projects (GitHub preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (a plus)
