Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Deploy and configure workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals using standard IT management tools.
- Document technical processes, update knowledge base articles, and maintain accurate IT inventory records.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal uptime.
- Participate in agile development meetings, code reviews, and technical training sessions.
- Provide Tier 1 support to internal employees regarding software applications and network connectivity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 required to ensure academic engagement.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
