Responsibilities
- Assist in network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Support software testing and quality assurance processes
- Document technical procedures and system configurations
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Provide tier-1 user support for hardware/software issues
- Participate in agile development sprints
- Conduct research on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited IT/Computer Science program
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or SQL
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during school term
