Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware/software issues across 100+ workstations
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and documentation
- Collaborate on cybersecurity awareness campaigns and vulnerability scans
- Manage helpdesk ticket system and user onboarding processes
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives and training
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (students welcome)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20 hours/week (flexible scheduling available)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
- Must pass background check
