Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 500+ employees including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Assist with network monitoring, security updates, and system maintenance
- Create user documentation and training materials for internal systems
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using Azure/AWS platforms
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and process improvement
- Support cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to Charlotte office
