Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices).
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system and application issues on Windows and macOS platforms.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity and security protocols.
- Document all technical issues, solutions, and change requests in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing IT improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship position.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer hardware concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
