Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for internal systems and client infrastructure during night shift hours
- Monitor security alerts and initiate incident response procedures for potential threats
- Document IT service tickets using ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global teams on system maintenance and patch deployments
- Conduct routine hardware/software audits and vulnerability assessments
- Assist with disaster recovery simulations and business continuity testing
- Participate in cross-departmental projects focused on operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available for consistent night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Experience with helpdesk tools (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- CompTIA Security+ or A+ certification a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
