Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server health and network performance during night shifts.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via remote channels.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Assist in software installation, patch management, and hardware upgrades.
- Respond to system alerts and perform necessary troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations handovers.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
- Availability to commit to a full-time night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
