Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 500+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations
- Manage Active Directory and Office 365 environments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with hardware/software inventory management
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science program
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 15-25 hours weekly
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
