Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Support: Assist the IT team in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for employees.
- Network Monitoring: Monitor local area networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Asset Management: Help maintain inventory of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation and incident reports.
- User Training: Provide basic guidance to staff on software updates and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening or weekend shifts during critical periods.
