Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Detroit and Ohio to define data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
- Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Assist in the design and implementation of statistical models to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Document data pipelines and ensure data quality standards are met across all projects.
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, compelling visualizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a program eligible for college credit).
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings in Detroit or Ohio.
