Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in company ticketing system
- Assist with software installations, updates, and security patches
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover and continuity
- Participate in IT projects and process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to cybersecurity protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing IT, Computer Science, or related degree
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Must be able to commit to 20-25 hours per week
