Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with daily operations, including hardware setup and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic software and network issues.
- Update and maintain accurate records and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deployment and goals.
- Conduct research to identify new tools or processes for operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer support to internal staff regarding technical inquiries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Students Welcome).
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
- Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances or certifications as required.
