Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely or on-site.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy new software updates and security patches.
- Conduct basic end-user training sessions on company software and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a technical environment (prior experience is a plus but not required).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
