Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms and topics.
- Assist in on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, title tags, and content recommendations.
- Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics) and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Support content creation teams by ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
- Research competitors and analyze their SEO strategies to find opportunities.
- Optimize local business listings (Google My Business) for Columbus clients.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO concepts and search engine algorithms.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data analysis.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
