Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and optimizing web content to improve search engine rankings for key job categories.
- Conduct market research on local talent pools in New Mexico and Illinois to support recruitment efforts.
- Support the technical team in maintaining and updating company databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Learn and apply SEO best practices, including keyword analysis and meta-tag optimization.
- Help draft professional job descriptions and internal communications.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new recruitment strategies.
- Monitor social media channels to engage with potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
