Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect a comprehensive technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, identifying key technologies and frameworks that will drive our product evolution.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures using AWS and Kubernetes.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of senior engineers in researching novel algorithms, focusing on LLM optimization and reinforcement learning.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous AI governance frameworks to ensure data privacy, fairness, and algorithmic transparency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize model latency and throughput to meet real-time processing demands.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record deploying large-scale systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams and drive technical decision-making.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Strong interest in emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering, and Edge AI.
