Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the architectural strategy for our core AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency for next-gen models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
- System Optimization: Design and implement high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Research Integration: Translate the latest advancements in Deep Learning and Neural Architecture Search (NAS) into production-ready code.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-level executives to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- System Design: Deep understanding of large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
