Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models for Project 2026, focusing on LLMs and generative agents.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver breakthrough features.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployment.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethics, and responsible AI usage.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and integrate novel methodologies into our core stack.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture with a proven track record of shipping production systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
