Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Lead the design of distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish MLOps best practices, ensuring model reproducibility and CI/CD integration.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex, large-scale projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system optimization.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
