- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready solutions for enterprise clients
- Participate in patent development for novel AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing principles
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 10+ citations per average paper
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Demonstrated experience deploying ML models at scale (>100M users)
