Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategic roadmap for the company, specifically aligning deliverables with the 2026 technology horizon.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to build robust predictive models.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Identify emerging trends in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and integrate viable concepts into our product suite.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, ethics, and algorithmic transparency in all AI deployments.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
