Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect end-to-end system architectures for Project 2026, focusing on microservices, cloud-native solutions, and quantum-ready data structures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and communicate the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee performance tuning and scalability testing to ensure systems remain stable under heavy load.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
