Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of senior engineers and technical leads.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with product management to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures and ensure security compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
