Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning engineering outputs with strategic business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and data scientists in the design and deployment of distributed systems.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge AI/ML models into core infrastructure to enhance performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior and senior staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all 2026 platform deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
