Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Design scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical blueprints.
- Ensure the highest standards of security, compliance, and operational excellence across all deployments.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and evaluating their potential impact on our roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and distributed systems is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
