Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the "2026 Initiative," aligning software architecture with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Lead the design of high-performance, low-latency distributed systems capable of handling billions of data points in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering squad, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Technical Innovation: Integrate emerging technologies such as quantum-ready algorithms and neural interface protocols into our core stack.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
- R&D Oversight: Evaluate and prototype new technologies to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
